About Rio West Management Services

Based in Addison, Texas, Rio West, BBQ Management and Banner Management are full service restaurant companies, providing services for accounting, human resources, payroll processing, financial planning, operations support and consulting services. Collectively, the companies operate Twenty-Six Quick and Full service restaurants including the Cuco's Mexican Restaurants and Podnuh's BBQ brands.

Rio West Management Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 to manage and operate a group of restaurants in Florida, Texas and Oklahoma for various investment groups. Rio West specializes in concept and unit economic evaluation, cost controls and systems implementations, personnel selection and training, and ongoing operations management and support. In addition, Rio West performs consulting for both restaurant groups and investors regarding existing under-performing restaurants, as well as new or proposed units. The management group of Rio West has worked to expand these services.

Currently the company is able to project this growth and actively looks for more opportunities because of the strengths and varied backgrounds of the current management team. Our focus and strength is to manage each property to its fullest potential through developing and executing a plan to return it to an appropriate profit level as quickly as possible. This is accomplished by evaluating the physical properties, menu, concept, current management, current systems, sales and costs. From this information we form an active plan to address all issues impacting the profitability of the store and put the plan into action.
